Q: How long does it take for you to design my Ecover or minisite?
The turnaround time for your draft/preview design depends on the package you choose. For Ecover, it takes 3 working days or less. For minisites and squeeze pages, it takes 3 to 5 working days.
Q: What do you mean by WORKING days? Do you mean you're closed on weekends?
WORKING days means Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Q: What is the response time for your support desk?
The response time for our support desk is 24 WORKING hours.
Q: What is the order process?
There are only 3 steps:
1. Choose your desired package, click the "Order Now" button, and pay using PayPal or credit card.
2. Fill a design specification form to tell us about your product/service.
3. Wait for us to contact you with a draft design. If you're completely satisfied with the draft design, we will then finish off with the rest of your project. This typically takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on the scale of your project.
Q: How do you deliver the finished project?
We will upload your project to our server and you can download it from there.
Q: What happens if I don't like your design?
Upon receiving your order, we'll give you a draft design of your project within the time frame specified (3 working days for Ecover; 3 to 5 working days for minisites and squeeze pages). You can request to have it changed as many times as you like. Once you've approved the draft design, then that design is final and changes are not allowed.
Q: Is there a time limit on when I have to give you my feedback regarding the design you've done for me?
Each time we update your design according to your needs, we'll wait for your feedback for a maximum of 14 WORKING days. If we haven't heard back from you after 14 WORKING days, then we are assuming you like our design and your project is automatically closed. This means you CAN'T request for any design changes anymore.
Q: I understand the minisite design that you are going to deliver to me is in the form of a HTML template created by you. However, I want to integrate the minisite design that you've done into my script instead of using your html template. Can you do that?
Since we are a team of designers, not programmers, we CAN'T and do NOT integrate your minisite design into your script.
Q: Can you help me insert my content into to the HTML template you provide me with?
Unfortunately, we CAN'T and do NOT insert your content into the template.
Q: Can you help me upload the minisite you created to my server?
Unfortunately, we CAN'T and do NOT upload your minisite to your server.
Q: Apart from the sales page/squeeze page, can you also create a thank you page, affiliate page, disclaimer page, privacy policy page, FAQ page, contact us page, etc?
Since we'll provide you with a HTML template, you can easily create these pages by making multiple copies of this template, and then simply renaming these files to your desired pages.
Q: Can you also include a logo in your minisite package for free?
We are not a logo design company, so we CAN'T and do NOT include a logo in your minisite.
Q: Why do you include a "designed by WOWMinisites.com" image on the footer of my minisite?
The reasons why we're able to provide our service at an EXTREMELY LOW cost are because we are bulding our portfolios AND also because we include our "designed by WOWMinisites.com" image at the bottom of every minisite we design. If we don't include this image, then we're going to have to charge you more for our service.
Q: Can I remove the small "designed by WOWMinisites.com" image on the footer?
You can have this small image removed for a low fee of $20.

Q. Can I resell or transfer the design you receive from WOW Minisites?
The design you receive from WOW Minisites is for your PERSONAL use only - meaning you're the person using the design for your own site. Thus you CAN'T resell or transfer the design to anybody else.
Q: What is your refund policy?
If you're unsatisfied with our work, then we don't want your money. Simply contact us and we will refund your money 100%. No questions asked. You must request your refund WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PAYMENT.
Q: Can I obtain the Photoshop (PSD) source files for my project?
For a limited time (we're currently building our portfolios), we will include the PSD source files to you for FREE.

Q. Your support desk system keeps telling me the captcha code is incorrect. How do I resolve this?
When that happens, you simply need to click your mouse once over the captcha image, and a new captcha image will be shown to you. Enter the new captcha code and it should work fine.
